One of the most common questions I hear from seniors in St. Joseph is surprisingly simple, but it's often the one that keeps people from taking the next step. "If I sell my home, where would I go?"
It's an important question, and one that deserves thoughtful consideration. For many homeowners, the uncertainty of what comes next can feel more overwhelming than the decision to sell itself.
The good news is that downsizing doesn't have to mean giving up your independence, your comfort, or your sense of home. There are several housing options available throughout St. Joseph and the surrounding area, and learning about them before you need them can make future decisions much less stressful.
